The following are the terms and conditions relating to any cash back offers Agrimin Limited may make during an event or show.
- Discount to be offered will be determined by the Agrimin Limited Sales Manager at the point of Order Form completion.
- Maximum discount = 10%.
- Your supplier is NOT responsible for applying the cashback on any orders.
- Only claims completed and signed by an Agrimin representative at the event or show are valid.
- To receive your cashback, you need to:

- Product purchases must be made by the end of the month following the month of the event.
- Discounts only valid for products listed on the Order Form.
- All cash back claims must be made by the end of the month following the month of purchase.
- Payment will be made by cheque in sterling or euro to the name specified on the Order Form.
- Once eligible claims have been received, cheques will be processed at the end the month of receipt by Agrimin Limited.
- Agrimin Limited Reserved the right, where the copy of the Order Form submitted differs from the copy of the Order Form held by Agrimin Limited, not to make any cashback payment.
- Agrimin Limited is under no obligation to make cashback offers or offer discounts at any events and shows which the Company attends.
- Agrimin reserves the right not to honour an offer if the claims do not appear to be genuine.
- No other offers made by Agrimin can be taken up for this purchase.
